Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds

 Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as we begin the fulfillment process immediately.

 We do not accept returns for any reason, as skincare products cannot be resold once distributed.

 We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like a product, have changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We are happy to exchange your item under the following conditions:

1. Defective or Damaged Products – If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

2. Incorrect Order – If we have packed the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct product.

To request an exchange, email sales@evadneco.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)

 Our priority is to resolve any issue by replacing damaged or incorrect products.

 However, if we determine that a refund is the best solution, we may issue one at our discretion.

Important Notes

 We do not cover damages caused by improper storage, misuse, or courier mishandling beyond our control.

 We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if the claim does not meet our policy guidelines.
