Orders within South Africa

Domestic shipping within SA is free on orders over ZAR 800 and takes 1-5 business days (during sales & product launches, it can take up to 10 business days).

 For orders under R800, Standard shipping fee is R100.

• (except for during sales or product launches, please expect up to 10 business days) 
• Surcharge: In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlaying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer.
• Courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery: in instances, where the courier and Evadne Co. is trying to get a hold of the customer to arrange delivery, but the customer does not respond on time, the order is returned to our warehouse, the cost of-re-issuing the parcel is on the customer's account.

International Orders outside South Africa

All our products are made and shipped from South Africa.

Free Shipping for orders over R1800

For orders under R 1800, Standard shipping fee is R550.

Import Duties & Taxes

• Customs policies vary by country, and we do not control these charges and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. For more details, please check with your local customs authority.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to the carrier using your tracking number.
